Refer a client
For accountants, bookkeepers, advisers and payments providers. Some clients need working capital sooner than a bank can give it. We help them see the cost in dollars before they sign.
Talk to us about referralsHow we treat your clients
- The same explanation of cost in dollars that every client gets: advance, total payback, cost of funds and payment.
- No pressure and no countdown clocks.
- If an advance does not fit, or a bank would be better, we say so.
- We check any advances they already pay before suggesting anything new.
How a referral works
Your client stays in control at every step.
You introduce a client
Pass on their details only once they have agreed.
We talk to them
We ask about their sales and any advances they already pay, gather a complete file and explain the cost in dollars.
The funding partner decides
We take the file to suitable funding partners. They underwrite and decide. Approval is never guaranteed.
We keep you informed
As far as your client agrees. You hear about progress only to the extent they are comfortable with.
What we ask of partners
- Get your client's permission before you share their details with us.
- Do not promise your client approval. A funding partner makes the final decision.
- Do not collect or forward bank statements or ID by email. We will tell your client the secure way to send documents.
Compensation and disclosure
If we agree a referral arrangement with you, we put it in writing before you send anyone, and we expect you to tell your clients about it. Your client never pays for the referral.
Growpath Capital is a funding broker, not a lender. We help businesses compare funding partners, and the funding partner decides whether to fund and on what terms. Funding partners pay us a commission. You pay us no broker fee, but the funding itself has a cost, which we show in dollars before you decide.
Talk to us about referrals
Tell us about your practice and what you have in mind. Please leave out any client's personal details until they have agreed to an introduction.
