About Growpath Capital

A funding broker for established Canadian small businesses. We put the full cost in dollars on the table before anyone signs.

  • A broker, not a lender.
  • The funding partner decides.
  • The cost in dollars, first.

How we work

We start with what an advance costs and what it asks of your cash flow. Speed comes after that.

  • The cost in dollars, before anyone signs

You see the advance, the total payback, the cost of funds and the payment. Not a rate you have to decode.

  • Fit over pressure

We would rather say an advance is wrong for you than talk you into one. If a bank can fund you in time, it will usually cost less, and we'll say so.

  • Existing obligations first

If you already pay an advance or other debits from your sales, we look at that before we suggest anything new.

  • Plain explanations

Short sentences, ordinary words and numbers you can check.

  • The funding partner decides

We do not underwrite or fund, so we never promise an outcome that is not ours to give.

How we are paid

Growpath Capital is a funding broker, not a lender. We help businesses compare funding partners, and the funding partner decides whether to fund and on what terms. Funding partners pay us a commission. You pay us no broker fee, but the funding itself has a cost, which we show in dollars before you decide.

We tell you this so you can weigh our advice with it in mind. The commission does not change what we tell you about cost.

Who we work with

Established businesses with steady sales and a clear use for the funds. That is typical, not universal. Each funding partner sets its own criteria.

What we won't do

  • Promise approval. A funding partner makes the final decision.
  • Quote a yearly rate for an advance. It is a different product, so we explain it in dollars.
  • Push a second advance onto a business that is already stretched.
  • Ask you to email bank statements or ID.
  • Use made-up reviews or numbers. Any figure here is real or marked illustrative.

See where you stand

Answer a few questions about your business. We'll tell you whether an advance looks like a fit, and what it would cost in dollars.

Approval is never guaranteed. A funding partner makes the final decision.
